With a number of new interesting projects opening up, we are currently looking for candidates to take the position of:



Location: Warsaw


The successful candidate will be directly involved in developing ELT materials for all segments of the educational system.


What will be your main responsibilities?


  • contributing to concepts of new series of coursebooks
  • managing the authoring stage of publishing projects
  • working with authors and consultants on development of manuscripts
  • preparing author briefs, writing guidelines and stylesheets
  • evaluating educational materials
  • editing and proof reading ELT materials,
  • developing layout and illustration briefs,
  • preparing audio scripts and exercise keys,
  • overseeing audio and video recording sessions and photo shoots,
  • sourcing images from image banks,
  • coordinating the work of freelance suppliers (proof readers, illustrators, designers, recording studios etc.),
  • handling the rights and permissions process,
  • budget control,
  • keeping and archiving the appropriate project documentation.


What qualifications should you have?


  • university degree in English philology or applied linguistics,
  • rich experience in teaching English,
  • editorial experience, particularly in developing project concepts and manuscripts
  • attention to detail, mindfulness
  • perfect use of the Polish language
  • in-depth knowledge of the EFL state curriculum and of the requirements of state exams in English,
  • ability and willingness to work in a team,
  • good communication and interpersonal skills,
  • excellent organisational skills,
  • reliability for keeping schedules,
  • initiative,
  • creativity,
  • ability to work under stress and time pressure.
